A space for your soul to breathe

Has your spiritual hunger for God grown while your appetite for church has faded? You’re not alone.

The Twig is a spiritual community for those longing for more of Jesus—with less of the baggage. If you’ve felt disconnected from church, from God, or even from yourself—we see you. Whether your life doesn’t fit a Sunday-centric model, or you’re weary of church politics, wary of spiritual leaders, deconstructing your faith, rebuilding hope, or simply longing to follow Jesus in a simpler way—there’s space for you here.

We believe spiritual growth happens best in spaces that are honest, inclusive, and flexible. No pressure. No pretending. Just a community rooted in love, centered on Jesus, and open to mystery.

Our story

Led by Tim & Susie Grade

The Twig is shepherded by co-pastors Tim and Susie Grade. We've spent our lives following God in the way of Jesus—as pastors, parents, entrepreneurs, and real estate developers—but our deepest passion is creating spaces where people can find and follow God with honesty and hope.

We know the joy of deep belonging in a church community—and the heartbreak of losing it. We’re here not as experts, but as fellow travelers: pastors, guides, and friends who are moving forward in faith alongside you.

Your story matters

This isn’t just our story—it’s yours too.

You may feel like a twig–cut off, cast aside, or trying to find your place again. We get it. That’s why we’re here. The Twig exists to help you reconnect—with the true Vine, with a deeper faith, and with people who are walking a similar path.

Wherever you are on your journey, there’s space for you here. Your questions are welcome. Your story is sacred. And you don’t have to figure it all out before you belong.

Welcome to The Twig. Let’s grow together.
